I feel like my project is being moved towards a simple but glaringly complex question: why do high rise public housing projects fail while low rise projects in similar contexts survive?
On Friday, we will visit the site. It will be my second visit; I still remember the experience of the first visit. As a professor of mine put it, it felt "like a cemetary."
